Forever 2. Return policy.
The Forever 2 Company of course want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, wForever 2 offers exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Please send us an email to support@forever2.net to tell us which items of your order you wish to return so that we can correctly fill out the commercial invoice. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition, which means that it is not used. Always attach the original packaging and any labels.
The refund of the returned items will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase once the merchandise has been received and checked in our warehouses. The shipping costs of the first shipment, if applicable, cannot be refunded. Please note that it may take around 48/72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back into your account after you have been notified of the return.
Normally, all process it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time required by Spanish law.
Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there are defects.
If you receive a defective or wrongly supplied product, please contact us as soon as possible. It must be done within 14 days for a wrongly supplied product.
